Course objectives:

Acquire the fundamental knowledge for the development of portals through the best DXP (digital experience platform) on the market, Liferay. At the end of the course, participants will have the opportunity to join the VASS employment pool, with the future possibility of joining a team of more than 5,200 high-level professionals in an international working environment. At the end of this training, individuals will have the ability to perform the role of: Back-End Developer o Front-End.

Access requirements

Pass our rigorous JAVA or Frontend level assessment. We aim high, we are looking for a qualification above 80%.
Speaking the language of success is essential, especially if you are joining a technology company with a presence in 26 countries ... that's why we ask you to have a good level of minimum English B2.
But it's not all about technical skills, we're looking for people who can shine as a teamThey have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and, above all, a love for what they do.

Duration and summary of the programme

Estimated total duration of 56 hours + 16 hours of autonomous work by the student.

Duration of the course: from 4 November 2024 to 19 December 2024, from Monday to Thursday between 15h and 17h.

If you pass the programme, you will receive an accredited diploma from VASS UNIVERSITY and, above all, the possibility of starting a brilliant career in the professional world within the web development sector.

The contents are structured in two modules and in Spanish:

SPECIALISATION OPTION 1 - BACK MODULES (44 hours)

Module 2: Liferay Portal Tools and Functionalities
Module 3: Liferay Portal Architecture
Module 4: The Java portlet standard
Module 5: The portlet standard adapted to Liferay Portal
Module 6: Service Builder
Module 7: Practical development work

SPECIALISATION OPTION 2 - FRONT MODULES (44 hours)

Module 2: Applying HTML5 + SCSS + JS layout in Liferay
Module 3: Implementing Themes and Layout Templates in Liferay

Economic conditions

The course, which will offer a maximum of 15 placeshas a total price of 800 €.
VASS FOUNDATION will provide 10 scholarships covering 100% of the course fee.
